Strategic Value

We've been staring at this property for over 18 years—it's visible from the balcony of the Bamboo House, as you look all the way down the river valley. The great Cascada Grande waterfall marks its northeast boundary, and then the property rises up a steep slope to the top of a mountain ridge with a view of the Pacific Ocean. The lower part has a section of pastureland that is ripe for reforestation. (The last photo in the gallery is from the Bamboo House looking toward Valle Profundo at dusk).
