Strategic Value

This portfolio includes Ocelot Valley, Pristimantis Ridge, and Sapano Ridge Farmhouse. It has two major streams (Sapano and Tabuga), waterfalls, an abandoned farmhouse, old-growth rainforest, an ongoing reforestration site, and views of the Pacific Ocean and coastal mountain range. There have been numerous sightings and camera trap photos of ocelots (“tigrillo” in Spanish) in these properties. Pristimantis is the name of a diverse genus of “rain frogs” commonly found during night hikes here.
